Returns

1. HF Tiles will only accept returns of products in their ORIGINAL CONDITIONS.
2. Returns will not be accepted if the shade/batch is under minimum stock levels.
3. A handling charge of $50 applies to all returns.
4. Returns are not accepted for tile orders of 3 packs or fewer.
5. For fully returned orders, the original delivery fee will be back-charged.
6. For partially returned orders, part of the original delivery fee will be back-charged based on the number of pallets returned.
7. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange returns to the HF Tiles warehouse.
8. Once a return request is approved, the items must be returned to HF Tiles within 7 days from the acceptance date.
9. Credit will only be issued for products returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITIONS.
